Fede was an amazing host! He was super responsive to any questions I had regarding local businesses and the temperature in the bedrooms. Truly helped make our experience to Costa Rica more seamless. Overall a great experience and a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations!

Fede's house was truly the highlight of our entire trip. The home is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt so well cared for, which made it easy to relax and feel at home right away. I will without hesitation recommend this place to friends and family. The pool was the cherry on top and created the perfect balance between beach days and lounging at home—it honestly elevated the whole experience.

And hire the chef—its a must! Gustavo is phenomenal. Every single dish he prepared was delicious, beautifully made, and full of flavor. On the days he wasn't scheduled, my friends and I literally found ourselves dreaming about his food. To be completely honest, his meals were better, fresher, and more memorable than any restaurant we tried in town. Farm-to-table, authentic Costa Rican cuisine, prepared with so much care and skill—Gustavo is worth every penny and then some.

La estadía aunque fue corta fue maravillosa, todo era precisamente como se describía y aparecía en las fotos! Un lugar super seguro, cómodo, súper limpio.

Loved our stay at Casa Verde! Fede was a great host and the house / property was stunning + well maintained. Just like the photos / as described. We especially enjoyed the pool and spent most of our time outdoors on the property. We also had an amazing couple of meals at the house with Chef Gustavo. The beautiful and sizeable kitchen really added to those experiences. Hope to be back in the future!

Case Verde was perfect for us. We were a group of two couples. The pool is very nice and a good size for 4 people. The house was spacious and was very relaxing. There is about a 10 minute walk to the downtown. The neighbouring properties looked like mostly other rental properties. We had fish tacos at Little Luchas on Tuesday. I would absolutely recommend them!

El alojamiento super cómodo y equipado, tiene lo necesario para una gran estadía.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Verde!! The home is stunning, beautifully designed and well appointed. The kitchen has the basics (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc), but had everything you could ever want as far as things like a blender, cooking utensils, a bbq, even a crockpot!

There are towels for the pool, and Fede even made sure there were frosty cups in the freezer for a cold drink! The pool was well maintained and housekeeping was provided throughout the stay as well.

The floor to ceiling sliding doors were amazing making the house feel very open. The landscaping outside was also beautiful. Fede puts a lot of time and care into his property and it shows.

There is a small casita on the property as well, and we had a chance to meet some incredible people during our stay. The location is just slightly outside of the centre of town, which for us was an added bonus. Very quiet and peaceful!
